Passing of Retiree, Dr. Wayne J. Van Der Weele

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of retiree, Dr. Wayne J. Van Der Weele. He passed away on February 28, 2010 in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Van Der Weele served as a Campus Dean (currently called VP and Provost) at the Rockville campus from 1969 to 1984. In 1984, he returned to a full-time faculty position in the Counseling Department due to his love of working with the students. He retired in 1986.

The services were held at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home in Indiana.
