Congratulations and appreciation are in order for Commissioner Jason Franklin, Combat2College fitness coordinator, for representing Governor Martin O'Malley on November 11 at the Silver Spring Civic Center for Montgomery County's Veterans Day Celebration and Veterans Art Dedication.
