The Montgomery College Office of Equity and Diversity is sponsoring the 2011-2012 Friday Forum Series. Friday Forum is a unique opportunity for faculty, administrators and staff to participate in facilitated, research-based and robust roundtable discussions about relevant contemporary community college issues.

The second forum in the series will be on Friday, February 24, 2012, at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, Student Services Building, Room 301, from 1:30-3 p.m. This forum topic is: Montgomery County Refugee Training Center at Montgomery College: Noncredit training programs for eligible refugees and asylees.

Dr. Brenda C. Williams and Ms. Noa Sadan, directors, will be the forum facilitators. The discussion will focus on services and classes for refugees and asylees. This will be an interactive discussion with a question and answer period.
