After six wonderful and productive years the MC-Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus says goodbye to Mercedes Santos, campus wellness coordinator. The College will miss Mercedes and her wonderful, kind spirit and wish her well in her future endeavors. The campus is grateful that Mercedes will continue her relationship with Montgomery College by continuing to teach Yoga on campus.
Please welcome Lili Rojas as the new wellness coordinator for the MC-TP/SS Campus. Lili is a fitness professional with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. She has experience as a fitness instructor and trainer and has served as fitness director for spas and health clubs. Lili has a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and over 10 fitness instructor certifications, including: zumba, kickboxing, pilates, pre/postnatal fitness, aqua fitness, spinning, senior fitness and many others.
Lili's intention is to assist people in their pursuit of health and fitness. She is dedicated to sharing the importance of health and exercise by providing fun, exciting, and effective classes to help you reach your goals. With her strong combination of fitness management and instructor experience, Lili will be a fabulous wellness coordinator for MC-TP/SS! Lili's first day on the job will be March 1, 2012.
