All employees at the College are invited to participate in the annual Central Services Units Feedback Survey that is available online now! The College's mission statement reinforces our commitment to being accountable, and this survey is an important way that MC's administrative support units receive feedback on their performance in providing critically important services. All employees are asked to select those units with which they have had contact in the past six months and respond to nine questions about the service they received.

To provide ample opportunity for employees to contribute, this survey is live beginning today and continuing through April 27 and can be found at

When one starts the survey, he/she will be asked a few set-up questions. These items will help Central Services to sort the final aggregate results. Afterwards, users will select the service office(s) about which they would like to provide feedback. In no way will these individual responses be linked or connected to the survey. The survey is anonymous.

To complete the survey one must do the following:
1. Click
2. Log in using a My MC ID and password
3. Answer the initial set-up questions, including the selection of offices upon which to provide feedback
4. Click the Start Survey button
5. A survey feedback form will be displayed. On the left, one will see a list of all of the central services offices (units) that the user selected on the set-up page. The office /unit that the user currently working on will be highlighted
6. Enter responses for the current office
7. Click "start next unit survey" to submit responses for the current office. The survey will then automatically select the next office in the list and provide a blank feedback form. Alternatively, if one wishes to continue the survey later, click "Save and Come Back Later" instead and close your browser
8. Repeat the process from step six for the next office that one has selected (if any)
9. When all done providing feedback to offices selected, click "I'm all done-submit survey"
10. Close the browser (the X in the upper right corner of your screen) after submitting feedback for all of the offices selected
