The final grade submission deadline for spring courses is 2 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2012. Grades for graduating students should be reported by Monday, May 14.
You will notified by your campus graduation coordinator if you have students who are graduating.
Final grades need to be "rolled" by Student Information Systems before they are visible to students. Please be sure that the grades you enter on the roster are FINAL. Once they are entered, they may only be changed manually through the Office of Admissions and Records upon your written request to:
Last Date of Attendance is required for all U and F final grades.
DO NOT submit any NA placeholders. The deadline to report NA (a student who NEVER attended) is BEFORE 20% of class meetings.
To avoid any last minute problems, test your log on before actually entering your grades. If you need help, contact the ITServicedesk@montgomerycollege.edu, or call the IT Servicedesk at 240-567-7222 (x77222 if calling from within the College).
