Dr. DeRionne Pollard, Montgomery College president, will be the special guest and keynote speaker at the 41st annual Martin Luther King Jr. celebration presented on January 21 by the city of Rockville and the city's Human Rights Commission. All members of the Montgomery College community are invited to attend this commemorative ceremony. The program will take place on Monday, January 21 at Richard Montgomery High School at 10 a.m.
