Published: 2014-01-29 00:00:01.000

The 2013 MC-Smithsonian Faculty Fellows have completed a year of exploration in the world of museum-based learning. Eleven faculty, from a variety of disciplines and representing our three campuses, will present their projects to their peers at Rockville Campus on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 2-6 p.m.

Please save the date to support your colleagues: Antonio del Castillo-Olivares (Biology, RV), Grace Graham (Art, GT), Evelyn Gonzalez-Mills (Counseling, TP/SS), Michael LeBlanc (English, TP/SS), Allyson Lima (Spanish, RV), Lincoln Mudd (Art, TP/SS), Rebecca Portis (English, RV), Patricia Ruppert (Philosophy and Women Studies, RV), Marianne Szlyk (English, RV), Vidya Vijayasekharan (Art, RV). Come have fun, enjoy potluck fare, and be inspired by the thoughtful, creative projects they will share.

This is an open-house event -- the audience is welcome to enter or leave at the end of a presentation. MCTV will be there to videotape the presentations. A schedule noting the approximate start times, by presenter, will be published in early February.
