This interactive workshop is designed to equip staff with the critical skills and tools necessary to effectively navigate through your organization, utilizing office diplomacy and professionalism as workforce tools.

* Identified strategies to create and maintain an appropriate professional image
* Determined how attitudes and values shape work ethics
* Reviewed key steps to successfully manage upwards
* Discussed communication skills to minimize office conflict and promote resolution skills
* Developed a plan of action to strengthen office diplomacy and professionalism
