Men's Soccer Wins Third Straight MDJUCO Championship

With their win over Harford Community College on Friday, the MC men's soccer team won the MD JUCO championship, their third in a row!

On October 7, the Raptors rolled past rival Prince George's Community College, 7-0. Gabriel N'Diaye and Jonathan Barron both found the back of the net twice. MC freshmen Jory Karahbityan and Alvin Fonkua each scored a goal along with sophomore captain Fabrice Mbah.

On October 10, the Raptors traveled to take Harford Community College, 3-0. MC sophomore, Jonathan Barron was first to strike in minute 25 of the match with an unassisted goal. Freshman Kevin Nguyen scored 10 minutes later to give MC a 2-0 lead going into halftime. Barron added another goal before the final whistle. It was MC's seventh shutout of the season.
