Montgomery County Council Education Committee Chair Craig Rice, Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Interim Superintendent Larry Bowers and Montgomery College President DeRionne Pollard at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 2, will host the first of five public forums they will hold to provide information, and seek input, on the programs and budgets of the County's public school system and its community college. The first forum will be held at the Silver Spring Civic Building.

The Silver Spring Civic Building is located at 1 Veterans Place in Downtown Silver Spring. The first forum is scheduled for 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The series of Education Budget Meetings will continue at Sherwood High School in Sandy Spring on March 9; Gaithersburg High School on March 11; Kingsview Middle School in Germantown on March 16; and Churchill High School in Potomac on March 23.
