<b>Tapestry Institute for Cultural Competence 2015-2016</b>

International diversity among students and colleagues at MC requires ongoing learning in cultural awareness, knowledge and skills. Attitudes that increase intercultural effectiveness include curiosity and the willingness to listen, and the ability to flex and adapt.

In nine all-day sessions, November through May, Tapestry participants create a lively learning community that explores the impact of socialization, cultural patterns and world-views on interactions and teams. Participants expand their ability to collaborate in diverse work groups and to provide effective service to others.
