Honor the timeless living traditions of Maryland's rich cultural heritage and dance along to the joyous sounds of Irish master accordion player and 2016 National Endowment of the Arts National Heritage Fellow, Billy McComiskey, at this freeevent on Friday November 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cultural Arts Center on the Taoma Park/Silver Spring Campus.

The Maryland Traditional Heritage Awards honor individuals, groups, places and traditions that help to preserve the deep roots of Maryland's past. The awards presentation will be followed by the toe-tapping music of Billy McComiskey & Friends and a post-show reception.
