Following are the times and locations for each meeting:<ul><li><b>Academic Services Council.</b> Meets Thursday, December 8, 2-3:30 p.m., Science Center (SC) 151 on the Rockville Campus. The council will discuss classroom technology utilization and assessment center hours and hear from the College ombuds.</li><li><b>Employee Services Council.</b> Meets Thursday, December 15, 2-4 p.m., Mannakee (MKE) 335.</li><li><b>Operational Services Council.</b> Meets Thursday, December 8, 3-5 p.m., Office of Information Technology Building (OITB) 309 in Rockville. The council is working on facilities and security issues related to the anticipated opening of the new parking garage on the Rockville Campus.</li><li><b>Student Services and Success Council.</b> Meets Thursday, December 8, 2-4 p.m., Mannakee (MKE) 335.</li></ul>Functional councils focus on specific areas of service within the College. Their membership encompasses faculty, staff and administrators from throughout the institution, including Workforce Development & Continuing Education. Each council also includes two student members.
All constituents are welcome to attend meetings. If you wish to share an idea or raise awareness of an issue, you may attend the open comments/constituent concerns period at the beginning of every meeting. Although it is not required, you are encouraged to contact the council chair ahead of time to inform him or her that you would like to speak at the meeting.

<p>Beginning with the summer 2026 session, there is a new, easier way for students to register for classes. To register for summer 2026 classes, follow the instructions below:</p>
<ol>
<li>Register for classes by logging in to MyMC, and navigating to the Register and Pay for Classes card. Click the Register Now link.</li>
<li>From the Registration menu, click Register for Classes.</li>
<li>On the Select a Term page,<strong> choose the Summer 2026 term</strong>, then click Continue.</li>
<li>On the Register for Classes page, enter your search criteria and click Search or Advanced Search to view available classes.</li>
</ol>
<p>Tip: Once the search results appear, click the course title, which is a hyperlink that opens the course details. The pop up window displays information such as the course/section notes, instructor/meeting times, corequisites, required textbooks & materials, attributes, enrollment/waitlist and fees.</p>
<ol>
<li>Add classes by selecting the sections you want. If a class is full, you may have the option to join a waitlist.</li>
<li>Review and submit your selections in the Summary area to complete registration. If there is a registration error that you do not understand, check registration error help.</li>
