This training session provides detail on the College's budget process and key considerations in building the FY18 budget. "Enhancing Budget Literacy & Building the FY18 Proposed FY18 Budget" will provide you with fundamental information on budget planning processes at Montgomery College. It includes important information and definitions related to College revenue sources, detail on the budget development process and process timelines, current and upcoming fiscal year enrollment projections, budget challenges facing the College, as well as steps for creating a financially sustainable business model.
To register for this session, login to MyMC, click on the Training and Professional Development tab, and click on MCLearns, then click on Schedule of Classes & Events, and then Policies, Operations & Legal. You will see Enhancing Budget Literacy in the list of Instructor-led Classes.
