Experience dazzling acrobatic stunts and feats of balance, flexibility, coordination and strength by this professional troupe of youth Chinese acrobats in the Cultural Arts Center on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus with shows on May 5 at 11 a.m. and May 6 at 1 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for the May 5 performance. Groups of 10 or more qualify for $10 tickets.

For the May 6 performance: regular:$25; MC ID/student:$15. Group pricing available.

The troupe is accompanied by an interpreter who enriches this unique performance with fascinating information about Chinese culture, customs, history and school life. Audiences witness the strength, flexibility and coordination of these artists' unbroken art form from China's past as the acrobats balance porcelain jars, tables, and each other. This show demonstrates that through practice, concentration and hard work the body is capable of anything.
