Join your colleagues for the third annual STEAM event! STEM and Humanities faculty are invited to have a collaborative discussion on a topic of global concern and to generate ideas for teaching. This year we will focus on the urgently important issue of water.

STEAMed: Exploring the Intersection between Global Humanities and STEM through Water
Friday, March 31
2 to 4 p.m., BE 151
Bioscience Education Center, Germantown Campus

We will enjoy:<ul><li>Opening remarks by Dr. Sanjay Rai and Provost Margaret Latimer</li<li>Displays of student art based on the theme of water</li><li>Excellent classroom resources provided by the Pulitzer Center, and Science Education for New Civic Engagements and Responsibilities </li><li>Participation by the STEM Education Student Club</li><li>Hosting STEAM colleagues from NOVA </li><li>Refreshments and time to network with colleagues.</li></ul> Register through MC Learns.
