In his latest World Bank blog, Dr. Leszek Sibilski is shining light on two of his passions: cycling and social activism.

During the last two year the former member of the Polish Olympic Team shares his experiences while truing to memorialize his five forgotten teammates lost in the still unexplained plane crash on March 16 over Bulgaria. Together with his other teammates from his past they were successfully able to raise awareness on one of the top secret mysteries of the communist era. The article also serves as a guideline for those who want to get involved into a collective positive social action. Sibilski proves that in order to be successful in social activism we need to be humble, persistent and passionately devoted to the main mission while seeking justice and fairness for others.
