In the planetarium at Montgomery College the Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus on Saturday April 15 at 7 p.m. the speed of causality, c, the speed of light; G, the Newtonian gravitational constant; and h, Planck's constant will be used to explain the smallest distances, shortest times, and smallest clock masses. This planetarium program, unlike most, requires that the audience knows some algebra, and how to multiple powers of ten. It will put you near the forefront of quantum gravitational physics. Salvador Dali images of "Persistence of Memory" and his "Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory" will be used and physics will be inserted. Free and open to the public.
