The Next Generation Wellness at Work Program and the Montgomery College Rising Professionals Association will host two wellness workshops on Tuesday, April 18 and Thursday, April 20 on the Rockville Campus. All welcome; please rsvp using the link below.

April 18: Healthy Cooking, 11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. GU 222-224. Get some tips to add a nutritious boost to your weekly meals.

April 20th, Simply Sculpt, 11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., GU 222-224. Get a great workout using your own body weight for resistance! Class includes a warm-up, basic cardio and strength training that targets all major muscle groups. Stretch/relaxation included at the end of class. This class will give you the tools to stay active every day! All fitness levels welcome.
