The second annual Humanities Students' Conference will take place Friday, April 21 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Theater Arts Arena on the Rockville Campus. Selected students will present essays covering a wide range of humanities disciplines and topics. We will serve a light lunch, and students will be able to talk to a variety of representatives from different humanities disciplines and programs during the lunch break.

We will also feature this year a keynote address by Dr. Marcia Chatelain, professor history and African American studies at Georgetown University.

Please join us for intellectual stimulation and celebration of the humanities disciplines and our great students!

The event is free and open to all.
