Exhibition Opening: Artist in Residence, Alice Gradzinski

You are cordially invited to upcoming events as part of the Artist in Residence program on the Rockville Campus.

Mixed-media sculptures by artist Alice Gadzinski will be exhibited in the Sarah Silberman Art Gallery, Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, October 10 - November 1. During her residency, Alice will work with art classes on a collaborative art project, titled "The Supermarket," in which students will create artwork inspired by products and packaging from supermarkets.

There is an Opening Reception and Artist Talk Wednesday, October 11, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. (talk at noon). This will be an opportunity to introduce students to Alice and her artwork at the start of the project.

The Closing Reception will take place Wednesday, November 1, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. to showcase the finished collaborative artwork from the Artist Residency.
