The Maryland Research and Education Network (MDREN) held its 2nd annual Symposium on September 29th at the University of Baltimore Law School. MDREN provides advanced network service to institutions throughout the State of Maryland and connections to regional and national resources.

Robin Cook, a member of E-Learning, Innovation and Teaching Excellence (ELITE) at MC, participated in a panel discussion on student success with UMBC and University of Baltimore. The session looked at how ELITE is using Blackboard Analytics for Learn to empower staff and students with their own course data, allowing them to make informed and timely decisions in their own teaching and learning journeys.
