The Mental Health First Aid certification course is being offered at the Germantown Campus:

<b>Thursdays, February 8th and 15th, 2018 from 12:30-4:30 p.m.</b>

Register now on MCLearns - Registration will end on January 31st
**You must register for and attend both the 2/8/18 and 2/15/18 classes to receive the certification**

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training course that teaches participants to be able to identify, understand and respond to mental health and substance abuse disorders within the community. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. Completion of the course will result in a 3 year certification in Mental Health First Aid.

There will be a $16.95 fee associated with the course for the purchase of Participant Manuals (that you will keep). Information for how to pay will be emailed to you when course registration closes.
