Subject: Equity and Inclusion Survey

Montgomery College is committed to employee equity and inclusion in our workplace. We are asking you to participate in the College's Employee Equity and Inclusion Survey. Your survey answers will help us to understand what we are doing well and what we can do to further enhance employee equity and inclusion across all of the College's campuses and departments.

Your answers will be confidential. This survey is being conducted by Quantisoft, an independent survey company, on behalf of Montgomery College. All of your answers will be combined with the responses from other College employees by Quantisoft.

The survey deadline is midnight on October 31, 2017.

Your time and comments are sincerely appreciated. The survey will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Please set aside time to complete the survey before you start.

You can use either an English or Spanish version of the online survey.


We will share key findings from the survey with employees within 30 days of receiving the report from Quantisoft.
