Military experiences can vary greatly and so can a veteran's feelings associated with their service. After a screening of the short BBC documentary, "What Makes a Hero?", a panel of veterans will share their views on the culturally complex issues of what it means to be called a hero, to be thanked for their service, and to be asked to disucss their military service. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is open to everyone in the Montgomery College community, and meets the multicultural requirement for employees.
