This fall semester, 2017, Clark Concepts, Montgomery College, and the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) partnered to host a student contest to develop the logo for the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) coming to Montgomery County. Students at the College competed to develop the winning logo to represent the BRT. Prizes offered included scholarship funds in the amount of $2,500, $1,000 and $500. The contest has concluded and the three winners have been chosen! The winners are:

*1st place: Juan-Pablo Capriles-Escobedo ($2,500 scholarship!)
*2nd place: Alicia Vidal ($1,000 scholarship) and,
*3rd place: Tomy Pinto ($500 scholarship).

The College is very proud of our winners and we want to thank the faculty who were instrumental in ensuring the contest was a success: Professor Burghardt and Professor Vaughn in the Media Arts department. The College is also very pleased to have partnered with Clark Concepts to support MCDOT's BRT line.

The three designs are shown below:

Congratulations to our winners!
