Please join us on Wednesday, November 29, at 3:30 p.m. as Dr. Andrew Nolan, History Program Director for UMBC at Shady Grove, discusses how and why the United States entered the First World War in 1917. The talk will be in Technical Center, Room 136, on the Rockville Campus. The event is sponsored by the Humanities Area and the History and Political Science Department in commemoration of the centennial of the First World War.
