Don't miss this once a year event!

The ELITE Faculty Showcase offers a wonderful sharing experience by our own talented MC faculty to all part-time and full-time faculty, instructional staff, administrators, and anyone with a passion for teaching and learning.

Presentations will provide proven strategies that support culturally responsive teaching. Attend to discover the benefits and pick up practical strategies that make a difference in increasing retention and student success. After each presentation, an opportunity will be available for questions and short discussions.

Stop by for a little while or stay for the entire time. Bring your brown bag lunch and gather new ideas for next semester at this annual fast-paced and interactive event.

*** CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE TEACHING (CRT): PROVEN STRATEGIES FOR THE CLASSROOM ***

Across U.S. higher education, the instructor faces the challenge of teaching the course's learning outcomes, content, and skills to an increasingly diverse student population in a limited amount of time.
