Montgomery College will again host the annual Diabetes University at Montgomery College. This year's program will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Lecture Hall #301 in the new Science West Building at Montgomery College's Rockville Campus. The program begins at 9 a.m. and runs until noon.

ABOUT DIABETES UNIVERSITY:

Diabetes University is a program for those with diabetes, their families, caregivers and educators. Students are welcome! The event is free of charge, but reservations are required (see below).

FEATURED SPEAKER: Liz Lipski, PhD, CNS, BCHN, IFMCP

Liz Lipski is the Director of Academic Development and Nutrition Programs for the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) in Laurel, Maryland. She is author of a number of thoughtful books, including: Digestive Wellness, Digestion Connection and Digestive Wellness for Children and Leaky Gut Syndrome.

Her presentation topics at Diabetes University will include: "Using Nutrigenomics to Fine Tune Your Health" and "The Gut and Cardiometabolic Disease."
