Wednesday and Thursday, March 7-8. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

This is the one you have been waiting for! Crucial Conversations is a supervisor requirement so now is your chance if you missed out last year. This class is open to all employees. As a bonus, it is part of the Communications and Conflict plus the Change Management: the People Side learning pathways.

Please note that this is a full two days: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., located at the Germantown Campus.
