An ethical culture is one where employees at all levels are committed to doing what is right and successfully upholding values and standards.

Join staff from the Office of Compliance, Risk, & Ethics for a Brown Bag workshop to explore workplace bullying and retaliation.

Participants will review the College Code of Ethics and Employee Conduct Policy and Procedure, identify College Policies and Procedures that address Workplace Bullying and Retaliation, understand the definitions of "Protected activity," "Workplace bullying," and "Retaliation", identify options on how to report concerns, review behaviors that are retaliatory or bullying in nature, and apply their knowledge to retaliation and bullying scenarios.

Where: CTS108
When: Friday, October 5th Noon-1

Please RSVP by sending an email to Rosa Trigo at
