Dr. Klee will present the results of a year and a half long study examining the impact of classroom environment perceptions and control and value appraisals on mathematics anxiety in community college students. She will discuss the implications for classroom practice, focusing on potential ways to reduce the prevalence of anxiety and increase student success in developmental coursework.
