The Presidential Innovation Leadership Institute is a six-month program that is designed to build senior-level leadership capacity within the organization by enhancing the knowledge, skills, and overall competencies of participants, individually and collectively. By intersecting the principles of leadership and innovation, this program strives to position the College's leaders to effectively lead in a world climate that is constantly changing and evolving.

The program consists of a series of six (6) collaborative learning sessions structured around topics and outcomes that address essential competencies for innovative leaders. Each session runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Experienced leaders in roles such as administrator, department chair, or senior-level manager who aspire to enhance and/or advance in their level of leadership by becoming a "leader of leaders." The program will be comprised of a cohort of approximately 12 to 15 participants, consisting of individuals from across the five divisions of the institution.
