Saturday, 17 November 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Planetarium on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus.

Astrolabes, also a STEM celebration event, an ancient instrument, (think wise men and Jesus, and Jeffery Chaucer in 1387 the "Treatise of the Astrolabe") we now have a 500 year old Persian antique astrolabe, the mathematics has application to fermions, spin 1/2 particles.
