Mindful Mondays are back!

Stop by SB 212 on the Rockville Campus any time between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. every Monday during the semester.

The hour starts with a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation and then ends with 45 minutes of quiet activity time.

Enjoy a safe and quiet space to collect your thoughts and take a break from your Monday. Stay for 5 minutes or stay for the full hour, it's up to you. It's important to pause and give your brain some time to rest each day.
