On Saturday at 7 p.m. February 16, 2019 in the Planetarium of Montgomery College at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. The drinking gourd, the Big Dipper, Ursa Major constellation, the Big Bear, helped around 40,000 people get freedom in the USA before the Civil War. Besides this in the planetarium we will cover in the sky some ancient African star stories from Egypt, Ethiopia, Congo, and the Kalahari in Namibia and South Africa.
