Category: It's Academic

Published: Feb 25 2019 12:00AM

The Rockville Counseling and Advising department will offer a workshop on Test Preparation and Managing Test Anxiety on Wednesday, February 27 from 1-3 p.m. in Science West 302. We will discuss reasons for test anxiety, and methods for coping with test anxiety and improving test preparation skills.

This will be an interactive workshop where students will have a chance to discuss their issues and concerns about test-taking, as well as share tips and suggestions with other students.

Due to the potentially sensitive nature of these conversations, it is recommended that only students who need assistance with test-taking attend.
