All faculty and staff are invited to join the Montgomery College Rising Professionals Association (MCRPA) for Toastmasters Demo Meeting.

The meeting will be on Thursday, April 18, from 12-1:30 p.m. in Mannakee, Room 122.

Toastmasters offers an additional opportunity for professional development at Montgomery College. It is an affordable way for college employees to have ongoing public speaking and leadership training. The fun, self-paced program is designed for your convenience.

It includes mentorship, leadership training, speech projects, contests, a support system and more to help members reach their goals. Upon completion of each leadership or speaking pathway, members will receive an award and a certificate of completion from Toastmasters International.

One-third of all Fortune 500 companies sponsor Toastmasters clubs to help train employees and to develop leaders from within their organizations. Toastmasters International is a 501 3C, educational organization that has been shaping leaders since 1924. Toastmasters has over 16,600 clubs, in 143 countries.

Come see the benefits of having a chapter of Toastmasters at the college!
