<p>We're back!</p>
<p>Start the semester off right by locking in your self-care routine. It'ss easier to manage stress if you start before it becomes overwhelming. Drop in to our weekly Mindful Monday activity anytime between 12 noon and 1 p.m. and leave when you need to go. We begin at 12 p.m. with a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation then have 45 minutes of quiet activity time including coloring, Play-Doh, and puzzles. Or bring your own quiet activity!</p>
<p>Every Monday from September 9 through December 9 we'll be on the Rockville Campus in Science Center 361 from 12 p.m.-1 p.m.</p>
