911 Dispatch Academy Returning Spring 2020 - Montgomery College, WD&CE

Montgomery College WD&CE is pleased to have our 911 Dispatch Academy return this spring semester!

Recognize the roles and responsibilities the 911 Telecommunicator plays in applying the principles, practices, and standards of care when servicing 911 calls. Learn and recognize the difference in fire, medical, or police responses to 911 calls.

In our program, interested students will complete two parts:

Part 1. 911 Dispatch Academy

Course: SFT087 CRN: 36138

Gaithersburg Business Training Center April 14-May 16

6-9 p.m. Tues. and Thurs. and 9 am-3:30 p.m. Sat.

$800 + $170 fee = $970; NMR add $400

Includes Emergency Telecommunication Course and Exam

Part 2. CPR/AED (strongly recommended for students who are not CPR/AED certified)

Course: CPR084 CRN: TBA

Gaithersburg Business Training Center May 4

5-9 p.m.

$62 + $25 fee = $87; NMR add $50
