<p>Start the semester off right! Don't wait until you're stressed and overwhelmed, prioritize self-care and come to a relaxing mindfulness practice every week. Mindful Mondays will take place every week this semester beginning February 3. We'll start with a 15-minute guided mindfulness activity and then spend the rest of the time with quiet stress-relieving time. If you want to come for the whole hour you can, or if you only need to stop by for five minutes for a quick recharge, that's ok too!</p>
<p>Mindful Mondays- Science Center 462 from 12-1 p.m.</p>
