<p>Universities at Shady Grove (USG) Biomedical Sciences &amp; Engineering Building</p>
<p>As a professional helping countless students take the next step in their educational journeys, <b>you deserve to be recognized</b>. We at USG understand the many challenges you face trying to maintain up-to-date information about the plethora of colleges and universities in which your students express interest. We'd like to offer you a <b>unique opportunity to connect with other education professionals in the region </b>while learning more about the many degree programs offered on our campus. Whether you are familiar with USG or just hearing about us for the first time, we hope this annual event will allow you to<b> better serve your students</b> on their educational journeys.</p>
<p><b>Join us for <i>An Evening with USG</i> to: </b></p>
<li>Collect<b> updated information about admissions requirements</b> and MC prerequisite courses from the 30+ undergraduate degree programs offered on our campus</li>
<li><b>NEW!</b><b> </b>Explore the recently opened<b> Biomedical Sciences and Engineering Building</b> and the many <b>new majors</b> it will bring to the USG campus</li>
<li>Get<b> answers to your students' questions </b>about USG and the "MC-USG 2+2 Pathway"</li>
<li>Tour campus and <b>hear success stories </b>from current students</li>
<li>Learn about the many resources available to students at USG, from <b>scholarships</b> and academic support to <b>student life</b> and career guidance</li>
<li>Form closer <b>partnerships</b> with academic program directors and USG staff</li>
<p><b>This event<i> </i>is designed for any of the following populations:</b></p>
<li>Community college faculty, advisors, administrators, program coordinators, and related staff</li>
<li>Middle and high school counselors, CCICs, teachers, coaches, and principals</li>
<li>Recruitment, admissions, or other relevant personnel from partner universities</li>
<li>Other professionals who work with prospective students</li>
<p><b>Event check-in and optional tours will begin at 6 p.m. </b>A formal welcome and USG overview will be held at 6:30 p.m., with the academic information fair beginning at 7 p.m. <b>Light refreshments and complimentary parking</b> will be available.</p>
