My husband and I just got two prescriptions pairs each; he is covered under my plan. Thanks. Kaiser offers a 25 percent discount on frames and lenses (one pair of glasses per contract year) from Plan Providers. To identify a contracted provider, please call 301-468-6000. I have a job offer and need to resign. What next? An employee who wishes to resign in good standing shall give his/her supervisor and the Office of Human Resources written notice of his/her resignation at least two weeks prior to the effective date. Call the office of Employee Engagement to set up an exit interview. The exit interview is conducted by the office of Employee Engagement on the last day of work. It is a meeting to discuss your experiences at the College and it is strictly confidential. You are required to have an exit interview just as it is a requirement to work on the last day of employment. Please complete the "Termination Checkout Form" and the "Termination Form" both of which are located on the HR Web site at this link: http://www.montgomerycollege.edu/ohr/employeeengagement.html. If you cannot access the form, request a copy from your supervisor. The top part of the Termination Form is to be completed by the employee and the bottom by the supervisor. You can bring the completed form to the exit interview or ask your supervisor to mail it to HR. The Termination Checkout Form must be completed BEFORE the exit interview. Be sure to schedule an appointment with the Benefits office so that they can discuss your rights to continue health and dental coverage at the end of your employment. At the exit interview the HR specialist will go over the form for completeness and collect the College ID. If you have questions about the process, please call Employee Engagement or stop by their offices in Mannakee, Room 170. I heard the College has discounted tickets to amusement parks available for employees. How can I buy them? Contact the Office of Special Events at 240-567-7489 for more information. Discounted passes and coupons for Paramount's Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Water Country USA, Hershey Park, Six Flags-Maryland and more are available.
