In Memory of Calvin Birchum, Support a Scholarship in His Name

In response to the recent passing of Calvin Birchum, a memorial scholarship fund has been established in his name. The fund will benefit MC students to whom Calvin devoted so much of his energy and life. Calvin's family will be informed of each contribution.
Calvin had been with the College for many years, starting as a contractor with the Office of Information Technology. Later, he joined the staff as an instructional assistant with the Instructional Technology group at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, and he has worked for the last five years with Instructional Technology, Rockville Campus.
Anyone wishing to make a tax-deductable contribution to the fund can do either of the following:
<b>Make a check payable to "the Montgomery College Foundation". Note in the memo line "In Memory of Calvin Birchum." </b>
