Marsha Suggs Smith, a member of the Montgomery College Board of Trustees, recently attended the Maryland State Education Association Convention in Ocean City. After addressing conference participants, Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley invited questions from the audience and Smith asked about his support of Maryland community colleges.
