Rockville Campus Celebrates Career Development Month

	Did you know that if you are employed full time five days a week, 50 weeks a year, for 40 years, you will spend approximately 10,000 days or 80,000 hours at work? Because such a major quantity of our lives is spent in the workplace, we encourage students to take a long hard look at the importance of working toward a career that will bring personal success and happiness. As a special commemoration promoting the positive impact of lifelong career development, November is considered "National Career Development Month." In response, the Rockville Campus is offering a variety of career events in the month of November. These events provide students with the opportunity to learn about the career planning process, explore potential careers and learn effective job search strategies. Most importantly, it allows them to chart a course toward personal accomplishment, contentment and success.
