This exhibit explores two different aspects of making art. First, it illuminates how two-dimensional principles are interpreted in the process of making art. Second, by transforming the use and look of the exhibition space, it will examine how different artists using a common visual language change the space of the spectator. Works will include Mark Eisendrath's sculptures made with fire; Greg Minah's method of dripping and spinning; and Mundo Ortega's living wall, using plants and other organic material.

<p>The Presidential Scholars Program at Montgomery College is seeking dedicated professionals, alumni, faculty, staff, and community leaders to serve as mentors for a dynamic group of men who are preparing to become the next generation of leaders. The Presidential Scholars Program is designed to increase the representation of underrepresented men in high-wage, high-demand careers by supporting students academically, professionally, and personally. Many of our scholars are first-generation college students who benefit tremendously from guidance, encouragement, and access to individuals who can help them navigate college, careers, and life. <p>Through visually compelling videos and deeply personal narratives, our interns will take audiences on unforgettable journeys exploring resilience, creativity, and belonging. Stories include a reflection on identity, a renewed commitment to education, challenges to accepted norms, fears and self-doubt, and the search for community and connection. The interns will also share their collaborative work on the value of personal storytelling in the age of AI.</p>
<p>Experience the power of storytelling to move, challenge, and inspire.</p>
<p>The event will also feature the announcement of the winner of Montgomery College's college-wide Digital Storytelling Competition.</p>

<p>Beginning with the summer 2027 session, there is a new, easier way for students to register for classes. To register for summer 2027 classes, follow the instructions below:</p>
<ol>
<li>Register for classes by logging in to MyMC, and navigating to the Register and Pay for Classes card. Click the Register Now link.</li>
<li>From the Registration menu, click Register for Classes.</li>
<li>On the Select a Term page,<strong> choose the Summer 2026 term</strong>, then click Continue.</li>
<li>On the Register for Classes page, enter your search criteria and click Search or Advanced Search to view available classes.</li>
</ol>
<p>Tip: Once the search results appear, click the course title, which is a hyperlink that opens the course details. The pop up window displays information such as the course/section notes, instructor/meeting times, corequisites, required textbooks & materials, attributes, enrollment/waitlist and fees.</p>
<ol>
<li>Add classes by selecting the sections you want. If a class is full, you may have the option to join a waitlist.</li>
<li>Review and submit your selections in the Summary area to complete registration. If there is a registration error that you do not understand, check registration error help.</li>
