Winner of three Tony Awards, Urinetown the Musical is the hilariously touching tale of love, greed, and revolution. Based on Greg Kotis' book of the same name, with music and lyrics by Mark Hollman and Greg Kotis, Urinetown the Musical is about a town in the middle of a 20-year drought. As a result, private toilets have become unthinkable and controlled by a private corporation called the Urine Good Company. The people have to pay high taxes and fines just to take care of their private business. Out of the tyranny comes a hero to lead the citizens against the oppressive system. With songs like "Follow Your Heart," "The Privilege to Pee," "Run Freedom Run," and "We're Not Sorry," this show is one not to be missed.
Tickets are $10 regular, $8 for seniors, and $5 for students with ID
Urinetown the Musical contains mature themes and/or language that some patrons may find objectionable.
