Led by Student Life Specialists Maria Clark (GT), Val Melgosa (RV), and Mia Price (TPSS), new students learned about Basic Needs support, Student Leadership Programs, Club Programs, and more. Over 70 students across the Germantown, Rockville, and Takoma Park/Silver Spring campuses asked questions, got answers, and made connections with staff as well as with one another. One participant stated that their favorite part of the event was "Getting to interact with people and make new friends."</p> <p>This event was just one of the fifteen events the Offices of Student Life have been coordinating throughout the summer.
